  April 16, 2008 - Bruce Harter, Superintendent of the West Contra Costa School District will be
                                   providing a School District overview and comments on the renewal of the parcel tax.
                                 - Kris Hunt, Contra Costa TaxPayer's Association, will provide a brief
                                   overview of Prop 98
                                   (water infrastructure projects) and Prop 99 (Homeowners Protection Act).

   March 19, 2008 - Jay Leonhardy, Project Manager YouthWORKS, Office of Employment & Training,
                                   will be discussing the upcoming summer youth program for the City of Richmond
                                 - Fred Lucero, Office of Employment & Training, will speak to the Local Employment
                                    Ordinance and its impact on hiring locally over the last year.

March 12, 2008 - Bill Lindsay, Richmond City Manager, Richmond Economic Outlook

   February 20,2008 - Carson D. Heck with CleanAir Logix, Environmentally Responsible
                                       Logistics Solutions, will make a presentation on “Cold Ironing” of ships – benefits,

   January 16, 2008 - Chris Magnus, Chief of Police City of Richmond and Devone Boggan, Director of
                                      Neighborhood Services City of Richmond will be discussing parameters of the new Office of
                                      Neighborhood Services, plans for crime prevention and what businesses can do to help.
