   September 29, 2010 - Bay Area Air Quality Management District - A spokeperson will be presenting the new guidelines
                                   (June 2, 2010) impacting developers/builders requiring "pollution reduction studies if projects generate
                                   1,100 metric tons of greenhouse gases or sit within 1,000 feet of a freeway, oil refinery or other toxic air

    - Jim Levine of Upstream Point Molate will be discussing the Pt. Molate project,including, the scope
                                        of the project, agreements with the City of Richmond, where the casino project stands and the economic
                                        impact of the project on the city and the local area.
